• Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during sign-up, order placement, and any other interactions on the platform.
• The platform's services are intended only for personal academic assistance; any unauthorized use, resale, or distribution of the content is prohibited.
• Assignly does not guarantee specific grades or academic outcomes; the content provided is intended solely for guidance and educational support.
• Users are responsible for maintaining academic integrity and must ensure that any work submitted aligns with their institution's policies.
• Payments must be made through accepted methods, such as Stripe, PayPal, klarna, or credit/debit cards, at the time of order placement.
• All transactions are secure, and payment information is handled in compliance with industry standards to ensure user data protection.
• For high-value services, like dissertations, installment payment options may be available (e.g., 50% upfront, 50% upon delivery).
• Once an order is placed, the admin assigns it to a qualified writer, and users will be notified through their dashboard and via email of status changes.
• Users can track order progress with real-time status updates, including "Order Placed," "Writer Assigned," "In Progress," and "Completed."
• The platform offers direct communication with writers; users can send queries, request clarifications, or provide additional instructions.
• Revisions are included in the service, with one free revision for each order. Any additional revisions beyond the first may incur a fee based on the extent of changes requested.
• Assignly ensures that all content delivered to users is original and free from plagiarism; the platform uses trusted tools to check for content originality.
• Users may not claim ownership of any assignment or content provided by Assignly; all intellectual property rights remain with the platform.
• Assignly reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services, as well as to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes.
• Any violation of these terms may result in the suspension or termination of the user account, along with potential legal action if necessary.

Data Collection:

• Assignly collects essential personal information during sign-up, including name, email address, and university affiliation, to create user accounts and personalize the platform experience.
• Additional data collected includes order details, assignment specifications, and any uploaded reference materials provided by users to fulfill service requests.
• Payment information is securely processed through third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal); Assignly does not store credit/debit card information on its servers.

Data Usage:

• Users can also update their account settings directly within their dashboard, including modifying their profile information or changing passwords.

Eligibility for Refunds:

• Refunds may be issued if Assignly fails to deliver the assignment by the agreed-upon deadline, provided the delay was within Assignly's control and not due to user-related issues (e.g., late provision of required information).
• If the delivered assignment does not meet the agreed specifications (e.g., incorrect format, missing required sections), users may be eligible for a refund after a review process.
• Refund requests must be made within a specific timeframe (e.g., within 14 days of assignment delivery) to qualify for evaluation.

Partial Refunds:

• In cases where an assignment is partially completed or fails to meet quality standards despite revisions, Assignly may issue a partial refund after reviewing the work and the user’s feedback.
• For assignments that required multiple drafts or stages (e.g., dissertations), partial refunds may be considered based on the amount of completed work delivered.

Refund Process:

• Users can submit refund requests through Assignly’s support team, detailing the reason for the request and providing any relevant documentation or feedback.
• Once a refund request is submitted, Assignly will review the case, typically responding within a set timeframe (e.g., 3-5 business days) to confirm the outcome.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method; processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and bank policies.

Non-Refundable Situations:

• Refunds are not issued if a user decides they no longer need the assignment after delivery or if they are dissatisfied for reasons outside Assignly's control (e.g., lack of a desired grade).
• No refunds are provided for orders where the user has requested an extensive number of revisions or made substantial changes to the original assignment instructions post-delivery.
• Assignly does not provide refunds if the assignment was submitted to the user’s institution and was flagged for non-compliance with academic policies, as the platform’s services are meant only for guidance.

Cancellation Policy:

• If a user wishes to cancel an order before it has been assigned to a writer, they may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the timing and complexity of the order.
• For orders canceled after the writing process has started, Assignly reserves the right to issue only a partial refund based on the completed work.

Chargeback Policy:

• Users are encouraged to resolve refund requests directly with Assignly before initiating a chargeback, as unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or additional fees.
